Mediation

The aim of mediation: The 2 parties concerned (each consisting of one person or a group) find a solution to an existing open or opaque conflict. In the best case, they come closer to each other by becoming clear about their own wishes and needs, or by getting to know each other’s wishes and needs. Alternatively, they learn to deal better with the different positions or simply to let them stand.

You decide exactly what your goal is.

As an independent, professional and impartial mediator, I am your contact person for all conflictual areas of life.

I am particularly experienced in the following areas:

Especially in institutions, where hierarchies are often flatter and people in many cases have a friendly way of dealing with each other, it is sometimes particularly difficult to address a conflict. This is often even more difficult when volunteers are involved.

My lifelong affiliation with associations or groups helps me to put myself in the respective perspective and to listen to all those who feel blocked at the moment.
