About me

For a long time I have regularly mediated in conflict cases as a factual, neutral person between parties in dispute. In highly emotional situations, I deal sensitively with bursting emotions and at the same time keep an eye on the facts.
On the one hand, I draw from a variety of crosscultural encounters, because getting to know and dealing with foreign cultures have shaped me privately since my youth. Later, I was able to use this enthusiasm and experience in the professional environment.
On the other hand, I have been interested in the ways in which human beings are influenced by origin and influence and how we can develop our greatest potential.
Both led me to complete an intensive mediation training over the course of a year. This gave me a solid and well qualified basis for my self-employment. I currently offer mediations in German as well as in English and Spanish. In addition, I speak French and some Italian and Croatian.
In support of this, I have a large job network, which gives me access to the expertise of other professionals at any time if needed.
